3 RUPEES CUT FROM MY BALANCE, IN INITIAL MY BALANCE WAS 10.193 RUPEES AND AFTER THE CuTING THE BALANCE IT WAS 7.193 RUPEES. THIS MONEY CUT FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT REASON. SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS-SOON-AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE ACTION.

Dear sir. with due respect I beg to infrom you that, I AM IDEA SIM.HOLDER in KOLKATA (WESTBENGAL) MY CELL NUMBER [protected] and my name is SK MINHA ZUL ISLAM. I have been recherging top up long time.when I was recherging top up than and there customar care cutting my money it is 5 to 6 tmes. when I was contact to customar care they did not reply properly.some body told me(CUSTOMAR CARE) your AUDIO oftion aloways on.it is cause of money cutting. I am a senior citizen,so, I have no need SONG,AUDIO.They have adjust oftion (AUDIO,SONG) himself for cut money.Being INDIAN SENIOR CITIZEN I have right to complaint against IDEA CELULAR. so, I am giveing COMPLAINT AGAINST IDEA CELLULAR STRONGLY. so, i therefore, pray, and request hope you will kindly accept my COMPLAINT. thanking you. yours faithfully. Dear sir, with due respect I beg infrom you that, I am HOMARA BEGUM (FEMALE) house wife from KOLKATA (WEST BENGAL). I am a member IDEA celluar phone last two years. I had given a complaints before 8th month ago in INDIAN CONSUMAR COMPLAINTS FORUM.They had (IDEA CELLUAR) stop cuting my money 7th month.Last november 2011, and decembar 2011, when I have RECHARGE in my mobile [protected] (kolkata) state west bengal, than and their they have been cutting my recharge money. I have been tried to talk customar care, but customar did not care request. I had never active any type intertent (song, play music, ring tone,etc) being a old house wife. I am a poor women. it is impossible to again recharge for me.dear sir, I have two ways 1. I will take anather sim(VODA, AIRTEL, ETC) no, 2. please sir take stong ACTION, it is my request, and pray. hope you will accept my pray, and request. thanks, HOMARA BEGUM, KOLKATA, [protected]. N.B. 15-12-11, 04-12-11 have cutting my money not only idea but tata docomo have same problems
Idea Prepaid Mobile — money deduction
I do nothing, but idea network provider activated a radio service on my mobile no([protected]),and everyday Rs.20/- deducting on my account.
Please help me. I want my money back. I already call to customer care but no change.

Idia — cutting money
Dear sir ,I am Tanmoy chatterjee working in Goa i had taken idia prepaid almost 8 years back from past 5 years they are cuting money with out being any reason as soon as you recharge within five minutes they deduct the entire money i was kept quait becouse after complaint also idia office not taken any care of it finally i came to know about you(consumar complaints) my mbl no is [protected].
kindly see if you could do somthing than i will be greatful.
