I received your SMS on 10/01/2009, my complaint is resolved thanks for that, but harresment for every call from your service centre after paying sizeable service charge s. This means customer when purchase your product, you sell harresment to your customer through your service centre. It is offence because when your products spare parts not avaliable in market that time your moral duty to give service to your customer in given time. (time frame made by you means 48 hrs.) if they fell to give services in your frame time punished to your service centre with decrease theire payment or withdraw their service centre and appoint new one. There are many person in hunt of job or bussiness opportunity, definetily your company name is in limelight with good after sales service provider.When i am using this of language just understand the gravity of harresment. I except ans.on my e-mail.
