He had attended the fault during power failure and assured that the defect was rectified and it will be OK. Later we came to know that the defect was not rectified properly and the machine is showing the same problem.

ifb washing machine digital 6 — washing machine not working
i have an IFB washing machine .machine is not working since last 6mths I have called customer care of IFB 100 times they always say within this week their engineer will come .NO ONE HAS COME SINCE LAST 6 MTHS THEY ARE NOT EVEN SAYING THE REASON WHY CANT ANYONE COME EVERYTIME WE CALL THEY SAY ENGINEER WILL COME WITHIN A WEEK
