[Resolved] IFB Digital 7 Kg — machine not working since installation | |
we bought one brand new ifb digital washing machine from ifb factory at bangalore in month of february 2008 and was installed by march 2008 along with one microwave oven, oven working satisfactorly but washing machine is making lot of noise and vibration once it is put on, we have complained atleast 50-60 times to their toll free number and simply getting complaint number but no response and service person visits, we finally now complaining here, and wish to take issue to consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |

ifb digital 7 kg — poor service/ not attendance of call for repairing of washing machine
the company allotted complaint no.2288456 dtd. 9.11.2008 for repairing of our washing machine -IFB digital-7Kg, which is in warranty period. but till the date nobody from company's side came and repaired the machine. and we are help less.
