IFB WHICH IS A INTERNATIONAL BRAND IS WORST IN CONSUMER SERVICE ,WHEN EVER A COMPLIANT IS REGISTERED,IT TAKES 3DAYS FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO COME AND REPAIR THE FAULTY MACHINE AND SECONDLY,ONLY ON REPEATED CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY WILL GIVE US THE NUMBER OF THE CONCERNED LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE,AND ASK US TO CALL BY OURSELVES,HOW ERRANT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ALSO.
WE BROUGHT THIS IFB DIGITAL EX WASHING MACHINE 5YEARS BACK RIGHT FROM THAT TIME SAY 6MONTHS AFTER THE INSTALLATION WE KEPT ON HAVING PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THE UNTRAINED TECHNICIANS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTRE INCHARGES.
IF THIS IS THE PLIGHT OF A CUSTOMER WHICH GOES UNHEARD WHTS THE POINT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
