1. My wife Mrs Babita Hundal had logged a complaint on 11 May 09 regarding the ON/Off switch not working thus rendering the the machine non operational. The Complaint registration No is 3017070.
2. No one has yet responded to attend the complaint despite having reminded the Customer Care over "5" times. Every time they tell us to contact Mr Sanjeev Kakar [protected] or Mr Govinderjeet Singh [protected] both of whom either do not pick upi there phones or keep it switched off. The icing on the cake is that the company's web site has the provision to lodge complaints but it is not operational. I must say how convenient for the after sales service staff.
3. I hope this complaint does ring some wake up alarm somewhere and make the IFB officials wake up. I must mention here that The IFB is out to prove that they are a set up which is worse than the Government set up. We should start siting and comparing inefficiency to "IFB" hence forth.
