[Resolved]  IFB / Dishwasher Neptune — DISHWASHER HAS DESIGN DEFICIENCY

IFB DISH Washer has a basic design problem as it is not rat/insect proof .It rather attracts rats through its inferior back rubber mat that is eaten by and eroded upon by rats and eventually eats wire s inside the same as well.
And worst is their attitude towards customer care. I think there is a racket going on to harassment , exploit and overcharge the customer through services by the service agency , who seems to be a party to it as there is not been taken any action against the people who have been complained for. The warranty period is worse even. The AMC thing is a Farce again with company has no feed back from the customer , or complaint .they are doomed for sure with this sort of service network.
