IFB/Executive Plus W. Machine — Non-attendance of complaint
I, DD Malik, owner of IFB machine, model-Executive Plus . I have entered into AMC w.e.f 23.10.10.The machine is down since last 15 days due the defect of leakage in water inlet pipe. complint no. is 5763515 has not so far been attended. Every alternate day I have been contacting at the customer care to get the reply that the complaint is being forwarded & it shall be attended soon, we keep waiting for whole day and yet another day begins with no solution . Condition of the company is realy pathetic.No body seems to be monitoring the complaints.Kindly look into the matter for expeditious rectification of the problem.

MY MACHINE IS UNDER AMC BUT NO BODY IS RECTIFYING THE COMPLAINT INSPITE OF LOGGING COMPLAINT AT YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER [protected] IN BANGLORE. SOME PERSONS VISITED ABOUT 20 DAYS BACK AND ASURED TO COME BACK WITH SPARES. HWEVER NO BODY HAS TURNED UP AS YET. IFACT I HAVE RECIVED A MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE (No.[protected]) THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOVLVED TO WHICH I REPIED IN NEGATIVE. THEN I RECIVED A MESSAGE FROM YOUR NO.58888 ON 1.5.2009 THAT SOME BODY WILL GET IN TOUCH SOON. NO BODY HAS CONTACTED UP TILL TO DAY.I AM AT A LOSS TO KNOW WHAT IS THE FUN OF SELLING A PRODUCT WHICH YOU CAN NOT MAINTAIN PROPERLY. THE DEADLINE FOR YOUR RESOLVING THE CALL IS 24 HOURS BUT MONTHS HAVE ELAPSED AND AS A CUSTOMER I AM SUFFERING. I WOULD REQUEST TO KINLDY DEPUTE YOUR ENGINEER WITH IMMEIDATELY AND RESOLVE THE CALL. I MAY REMIND OF PUNITIVE ACTION IF MY MACHINE IS REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.
