We purchase a front load machine on nov 2012 from kurukshetra nd they have given us stand of top load machine which creates a lot of prblm plz change the stand as soon as posible

IFB FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE — EASY CARE SIDE WASHING

Clock wise like cottton (normal washing side are function),BUT ANTICLOCKWISE EASY CARE SIDE WASHING NOT FUNCTION .Please do needful help.
