1. I AM AN ARMY OFFICER POSTED AT WELLINGTON, COONOOR NEAR OOTY.
2. I HAVE AN IFB WASHING MACHINE, MODEL ELENE DX WHICH IS A FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE BOUGHT IN 2009 & IS STILL UNDER 2 YRS WARRANTY PERIOD.
3. ALL MY PHONE CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE HAVE BEEN A SHEER WASTAGE OF MY EFFORTS & TIME & I HAVE BEEN PROMISED OF A PROMPT RESPONSE BUT TILL NOW NEITHER I HAVEN'T GOT ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE AGENTS NOR HAS SOMEBODY COME TO ADDRESS MY PROBLEM.
4. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM MOVING OUT TO MY NEW DUTY STATION IN A WEEK SO I HAVE TO REPAIR MY MACHINE BEFORE I SEND MY LUGGAGE TO MY NEW PLACE OF POSTING WHICH IS A REMOTE PLACE IN INDIA & DOESN'T HAVE ANY IFB SET UP.
5. I THEREFORE REQUEST SOME URGENT ACTION TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. NO EFFORTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER SIDE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM HAS LED ME TO RESORT TO THIS ACTION. Was this information helpful? |
