I have a microwave oven from IFB (Model 17PM 1S) which was bought in Dec 2009. This got spoilt in August and I have logged a complaint in September and till now my issue is not addressed. I have called them up about hundreds of times and spent so much time on them after which one guy Satish came over and looked at it. He said he had to replace some part and will take the oven to the service centre. Since then, he has never returned!! His mobile number is also not reachable. In december the warranty period gets over . My consumer code number is 2134675. My latest complaint number is 5468896. Also note they had CANCELLED my previous complaint logged in September due to some stupid reason!! Can this complaint be taken up faster? Was this information helpful? |
I have lodged the complaint one week before deepawali .IFB service team not in proper response, the machine could not able to do in operational condition after more than one month . place is saligramam chennai 600093 .
