Hi,
I have an brand new IFB washing machine which is just a few months old. Water started leaking from 3 places within the few months of its purchase. 1) Front door 2) Washing powder box 3) coin collector box. I have registered a complaint on 19/12/2010 at 12.30pm, in their calli center with Shewtha & the complaint No is 5583777. I was promised that this would be recitified within 48hrs. But no action was taken. I again called them on 22/12/2010 & spoke to Wasim at 9.30 who promised to take action, but again nothing worked. I again spoke to Ajay on 27/12/2010 & asked to connect to his manager where they replied saying that their manager's Shankar & Ezhumalai are busy & can't speak now.
What is the complaint resolving method that this company follows? Is this the type of treatment for the machine which is in warranty? Would the employees shy away from their responsibility in facing their customers? Was this information helpful? |
