Dear Concerned,
Its been nearly an year since I am complaining for the excessive vibration & sound in my washing machine during the spinning cycle. The machine was under warranty. Numerous complaints have been registered since Feb, 09 but the problem was not attended & the service personnel had intentionally let the warranty period lapse.
My details are as under:

During the last month, the machine vibrated & displaced so badly from its position that the inlet pipe got disconnected leading to the water flow in the whole house.
After repeated follow ups on 19 Nov 2010, the customer care registered my complaints no 5445719. The service personnel visited twice or thrice & changed a few parts here n there but still unable to fix the problem. On 15 Dec, 2010, when I called the customer care to check on the status of my complaint, I was informed that complaint is already closed. I asked the customer care to reopen the same complaint but she refused saying, they can only open a new complaint no[protected] & not reopen the closed complaint.
It is not the first time that my open complaint was closed to reflect the problem is attended when it is actually not.
After, this I am given the no of the regional Service Manager, Mr. Yograj (Ph No [protected]) to further co-ordinate directly, but he refuses to come online. This kind of irresponsible & harassing attitude does not go well with the image of a Company like IFB.
I therefore demand an immediate redressal & the problem is beyond your expertise, it should be replaced with an immediate effect.
