Sub: Continuous F5 error since the day the dish washer machine was bought viz. 18.06.2012

I had purchased a IFB dishwasher machine model Neptune DX on 18.06.2012 from Viveks, Adyar and since the date of purchase till today ie 04.08.2013, the machine is constantly not working flashing a F5 error. The convenience o[censored]sing a dishwasher is close to NIL for me as the dishes are being washed manually.
I have raised several complaints till date through your call centre which is forwarded by them to a service franchisee, “M/s True Care”, no – 2/500, AGS Colony, 3rd Main Road, Kottivakkam, Chennai – 600041, who have provided extremely unsatisfactory service. The service engineer/personnel is always sent after a minimum of 10 days everytime a service compliant is raised, after several follow up calls from my side, though the call centre executive promises that the compliant will be attended in a maximum of 2 working days.
Ms. Priya, the Tamilnadu Service Head of IFB gives different reasons like service engineers are not available/ service engineer have gone for attending training, the latest being “we are short of Service Engineers”. The service engineers who have turned up are under trained and have very poor knowledge asking me for suggestions on how to service the machine except on one occasion where executive seemed to be knowledgeable
The following are some of the reference numbers of Complaints raised by me : 9927577, 10005652, 10299260, 10308633, 10463032, 10562624, 10799754. The complaint raised on 05.06.2013 with reference number – 10562624 has not been attended till date(even after 2 months time) and status of the complaint as mentioned by the customer care executive today is “CANCELLED – WITHOUT ATTENDING” .
All the above complaints pertain to the same issue viz F5 error which renders the machine completely useless and unable to clean any dishes. My dish washer machine is clearly a faulty piece which needs to be replaced immediately and this has been communicated several times over the phone to the customer care centre as well as Ms. Priya for which we have not received any satisfactory response or assistance in resolving this issue.
I hope it is now very apparent that the service and customer care of IFB is completely below par and on most times non-existent, there is no process to track and close customer complaints on time, there is no acknowledgement that the machine is defective and not once has the service engineer provided us a copy of the Job Sheet.
I request you to consider this complaint immediately and resolve my complaint by replacing the machine at the earliest.
In case the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction within the next few days I will be taking legal assistance for the mental agony I have undergone and financial loss I have suffered.
