[Resolved]  IFB Industries — no after sales service

i did a blunder of buying ifb product couple of years back on 20 th of dec i lodged a complaint for broken belt of ifb diva ,after making around 100 calls to costmer care, sevice centre,gitanjali branch manager but till date havnt got any visit and today i am told by the costmer care centre that complaint has been cancelled by sevice centre , for yor ref my complaint no is 10319204 and costmer id is 2737704

I BOUGH A WASHING MACHINE I.E SENATOR 6 KG 3 YEARS BACK BUT I DIDNT GET A SINGLE SERVICE FROM THEIR SIDE. EVEN NOW IT IS GIVING ME SOME PROBLEM I I HAVE SPEND MORE THEN 1000 RS ON ITS REPAIR FROM PRIVATE SOURCES

THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED TO ME..I HAD CALL THEM MANY TIMES BUT STILL NO RESPONSE..MY COMPLAIN NO IS 10036680 AND COSTMER ID IS-3123218
