i HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 15/8/2012 FOR THE SERVICE AND A PART CHANGE TO IFB CALL CENTER AND THEY HAVE COMMITED WITHIN 24 HRS I WILL GET THE SERVICE BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE. I am in chennai and i got a problem with the washing machine. I called the IFB washing machine customer care and raised a complaint several times but there is no response from them. MY complaint number is 4025908

Purchase a washing machine from IFB in nellore, with two months the device is started giving problems, regarding the same gave compliant to IFB people, a service man came and said there is a problem with mother board of washing machine. And which is not service by the people till now. Regarding the same we called the IFB people 3 times, got response saying look into this but which is not happened.
