[Resolved] IFB Industries — No Response from the customer support

I raised a request for re-installation of my IFB Senator 6KG on 26th April. Complaint number: 10706410.

No one turned-up to fix the problem. I called to escalation department:[protected]. This department is not responding to my phone call. They are disconnecting the phone.

IFB — No proper response from customer service

i buy this ifb micro wave on 16oct 2009.

still there was no demo arranged even after several calls to customer care.

Please do not buy this IFB product, if you do so.. you got to spend huge amount of money on calling for a single demo.

FYI: for the people buying this product , please unpack & check whether is product is in good condition.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME and ENERGY.
