[Resolved] IFB Industries — PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE | |||
I have raised a complaint on 1st of may stating that my IFB elena model washing machine is vibrating too much and producing huge noise . Today is , may 14 , nearly 13 days over . Till now they are not able to resolve the issue and they are unable to tell me by which date they can fix the issue . IFB — post sales service
i have purchased an ifb microwace 30SC2 in december 2008. I have complained to rectify some problem in the microwave in july 2009 and keep complaining the call centre since then. but, nobody came to rectify the problem till now. I have place my complaint on 31st aug 2010. my customer id no. 1730099 and my complaint no. 5026002.
they say problem will be rectified in 24hrs. there executive did came the next day checked and went telling will be back with the parts. i hv been calling there every day. being raingy season it has become so much difficult clothes not getting dried up.
IFB after sale service has been always poor. once ifb executive sold me duplicate products and after complaing they said nothing can be done.

IFB — After Sale Service
We purchased a IFB Senator 6kg on 16th November 2008 and within one month the motor got spoiled. We kept calling the delhi office and the Goa IFB office for a replacement, however all in vain.Atleast 30 times the machine has got spoiled ever since we have bought it, we have hardly witness a month without a break down.
Now, since July 27th, 2010 complaint no : 4844655, my machine is not functioning. they came to check it and said some issue card is not working and will have to be replaced. however the part was unavailable for all these days. Im feed up and will never recommend IFB to any one.
I had an IFB previous to this machine, was satisfied with the service and the machine. i changed because i wanted a bigger one and again bought IFB . But im really regretting.
I have made several complaints , but now one is giving it any attention.Request you to look into it

IFB — No Post sale service
Hi,I am very disappointed with IFB customer service. We bought IFB microwave 4-5 months back. There was some problem with it and it was out of order.
I complaint on IFB customer care on in NOV 2008 (Almost 2 months back) . They provided ticket no 2479241. No person came for service.
I followed up for at least 20 times but every time I got only assurance. No person has come for service so far.
