I am owning a microwave model no:30SC2 which is under annual maintenance contract(AMC).About 20 days it started to give problem,thus I rang up their customer care service(mobile no:[protected])who intimated that a representative will come to to repair my microwave and gave me my complaint no:10284614.The individual came after two days switched on two or three times the microwave ,opened the top cover and said that it has to be taken to service center and left. He did not even assemble back the microwave.Since then I am ringing up IFB customer care who repeat same thing every time that a representative will come in 48 eight hours.Their 48 hours has not expired from last12 days.
2)I had purchased an IFB product thinking it is a good company though now I have to change my opinion.I am writing to you to help me out in IFB repairing my microwave .They should also increase the AFC by the number of days that the microwave remains out of action,which I think would be a good business practice.
