[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service Complaint | |||
Dear Sir, SUB: Very Very poor Service Support of your Hyderabad service Center. I am having a IFB washing machine which I purchased one month back and the machine was working fine.But the Machine is Earth (Power Supply) at backside of the Machine.I contactedyour 24 hour help line at 5 times but there is no responce. I could not believe such a poor response and in efficient service support of IFB. I am totally dissatisfied by the poor service support of IFB and I never expect such a inefficient support from IFB. I am brining this to your knowledge because your company may loose several customers like me because of the poor service support of your Trichy service center even though the product is excellent.
