I have given Annual Maint Contract to IFB for service and spare parts from 13th Nov., 2009 to 12th Nov., 2010 for my
Washing Machine (Front Load, IFB: MODEL-Sanetor 6 kg, Cust ID# 766187).
My machine is out of service and I have logged in complain to IFB for the same.
the details are as follow;

I am in continues follow up with Dharmendra Dodia: [protected].
But, so far my machine is out of service and nothing is moving positive. They only gives me dates and excuses for not doing it.
I request you to take this complain and do the needful to take the approprite actions.
We are suffering a lot because of this problem.

IFB — Non compliance
I am vinod chithore. My wife has given complaint foe IFB washing machine which is under AMC to call center. The responce was there after 2 days. Technician carried out repair. Charges were paid. But machine has stoped working. Complaint is given under no4706275 at call centre ph no 28839823. Technician came after 3 days.Complaint is still pending.After enquary with call centre i came to know that some part is comming from Goa and m/c can not be repaired for another 5 days.This is frustating.After so much follw up also the service is very [poor. Can i get a relief? Call me [protected]
