I bought a IFB fully automatic washing machine from QRS pattom on[protected], till now i didn't get even a call from IFB service centre for demo. i have been waiting for the demo for the past 9 days and we where instructed by the QRS team not to open the packing and after demo only we will be entitled for warranty. Its really pathetic.
