We have got IFB machine. We are facing problems with the machine and registered a complaint[protected] on 5th September (we have AMC for this machine).
Until now, problem has not been resolved. Whenever we call customer service centre, they just repeat the readymade answer “we apologies for the inconvenience and we will attend and resolve the issue within a day”. Then they give Bangalore area service centre contact no (Mr.Velu [protected]), technician head ( Mr.Senthil [protected]) but nothing works. All these people give a assurance that by evening some will visit but till today (17th Sept) no one turned up and we will end up in wasting time by waiting for these guys. The issue has been raised to Bangalore service head Mr. Rahul (mobile no: [protected]) but absolutely no use. He gives evading answers (he keeps saying Technician will there in half an hour and will call back in 5 minutes with eact details but he never sticks to his words). If the IFB service head is like this....what can be expected from IFB product and IFB company....
Please say “NO TO IFB PRODUCTS” otherwise you will repent later......Its service facility is one of the worst and it is fraud.
The service is not at all effective.
