If I as a customer have to go through this torture, can't imagine what their so claimed '1 MILLION' customers go through. I bought this microwave at their Chennai sales office (Nungambakkam) on 6thDec. I registered for a DEMO call with their call centre[protected]th, after receiving the item at my residence. I was promised this 'demo' within 48 hrs of registering and also was advised not to open the box until the technician arrives - becos if there is a damage IFB will not be responsible. It is 13th today and it has been an ORDEAL to get someone to do this 'DEMO'. I had to ensure that there is someone at home 24hrs for the last 5 days. This is NO JOKE considering 3 people in my family work! They cannot take a customer so lightly. I've been behind 2 of their staff (Both Karthik), since this morning. Each time I called their executive, I was given a "reason", not to attend this customer request. This has caused unnecessary stress and I seek redressal. Request help! Was this information helpful? |
