If you are thinking of buying something of this brand, IFB, let me warn you that their service network is of third grade (or lower still, if there's any). I have been calling their Mumbai manager (Mr. Manuel) who is promising and promising and promising for last three days that the replacement piece shall be delivered next day. Three days later this evening, he does not even pick up the phone (incoming is still free in India, no?) and after continuous tries for two hours, only briefly answers that he's driving. In fact, such worthless managers are driving helpless customers crazy and angry,
That's the sad story of a customer here in India. When I tried their website, its perennially down with some 'internal server error'. No surprises there because that site must also be looked after by one of their inefficient 'damagers'. No care and concern for customers at all. By the way, this very site lists a number of complaints about their washing machines as well.
SO, BEWARE INDIAN COMSUMER, OF THIS IFB BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION OF WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEM. Was this information helpful? |
