Sir,
I am deeply concerned at the poor response and casual attitude of your service centres as well personnels who note the complaints. I have lodged complaint at service centre CALCUTTA four times , first one on 21 Jan 10 , that my microwave oven is not functional since last one month. Customer code 1935713 , Ticket No 4053021. Ms Rishita noted the same. NEXT on 29 Jan , thereafter on 03 Feb and 05 Feb 2010.Ms ananya and Mr Rahul noted the same. Astonishingly I was informed that the complaints have been closed.The product is under AMC , AMC No 319 Dt 30 DEC 08.This pathetic response reflects very poorly on the Management, besides causing inconvenience to customers.
I would once again request you to kindly direct your Service Engineer to kindly do the needful, needless to say at the earliest.My address is as under
