Dear sir,
Iam unfortunate to inform that i Had purchased an IFB microwave 20 litres conventionol
microwoven on 5/1/09 at Ratna stores, Purasawakkam and was been told that, after purchase
of microwoven within 48 hours there will be a Demo about how to use . But even after repeated calls
to the call centres No. 39004321, they are registering and saying that within 24 hrs one person will be comming to your house and give you a Demo.
But, still i have not been attended for my issue. Today, at call centre When I
called them they gave me a number of their person [protected] and to ask them to come to my home and give a Demo. But unfurtunately he is not taking his mobile. Either the mobile is ringing or it is engaged.
Will you be able to send a person or can I find any of them who are using
unfortunate IFB microwoven users to teach .I had believed my friends words and brought. I
had made a mistake, that I had not brought whirlpool microwoven. They are giving excellent
service, Because iam a whirlpool customer having a whirlpool frigde and washing machine .
Excellent customer support they give.
Kindly inform about the status of my complaint, so that I can take some action.
Do not underestimate custmers, because you cannot last without their support.
