I had bought a microwave in the first week of Jan 2009. The machine makes noise even after the cooking/heating is completed. Even after the 4 beeps, the machine continues to make noise for the next 3 minutes. Called their customer service ppl and after a few weeks managed to get a new machine replaced. This new machine has the same problem along with it being damaged on delivery. It has been over 10 days now after their technical person came and inspected the machine and said that they will get it replaced but nothing has been done so far. I have only wasted my time, money and energy calling and writing to the customer service department but so far nobody has returned the call. i am still stuck with a new machine which is defective, broken and which cannot be used. I PURCHASED A MICROWAVE FROM M/S KOHLI SALES, SANJAY GANDHI MARKET, JALANDHAR. FAULTI PIECE WAS DELIVERED TO ME. INSPITE OF MANY REQUESTS NO ONE VISITED HOME TO CHECK THE MICROWAVE. WHEN WE SWITCH ON THE MICROWAVE SEVERE SPARKING OCCURES FROM INSIDE UPPER PORTION. THE WORST EVER AFTER SALES SERVICE IS BEING OFFERED BY THE COMPANY (IFB).
