I have given my Microwave ( Bought in mid 2005)for repair at your authorised Service center on 8th Sep'08 with Call no.Sep-2771-08.
Around 18th Sep'08 i was informed that my Model is beyond repair and some one from IFB will contact me.
Mr.Manas from IFB Service offer me a exchange for my set.The prices quote by him we more that the price on your website. On putting forth this complain IFB call center asked me to talk to Mr.Imran.But his phone is not reachable .
An electronic product cannot be declare an obselete after just 3 years of sale and refuse service also.
