I have bought an microwave from Grate eastern trading company (khadina more , chinsurah) on 25th Dec 2011 but still demonstration of that material is not given. So we can not use this. I also called them for a number of time but they are not entertaining me. I paid the whole money in cash. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I BOUGHT A MICROWAVE OVEN IN LAST YEAR FROM BIG BAZAR, AGRA I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I USE IT, THERE IS NO DEMONSTRATION OF PRODUCTS, NOBODY IS INTERESTED REGARDING COMPLAINT.
