[Resolved] IFB Microwave Oven — Leakage of microwaves

I have purchased microwave oven (Model 20SC2) from IFB and it is under warranty. I have a serious doubt that there is a leakage of microwaves from microwave oven and wanted to get it checked by IFB.

But it was very surprising to know that IFB engineers don't know how to check and over it, engineers make statements that IFB can't do anything if there is leakage and also don't have instruments to check. Same is the statement of top level of IFB support.

In last two months, I have complained many times to IFB but have not observed any action from IFB, I never expected such a poor support from IFB. As a manufacturer of products, IFB must understand the hazards of microwaves to human life.

IAM N.P VENKATESWARA RAO. I purchased a oven in T.M.C HYDERABAD It was not working since last year (2010) we complainted to the dealer also. But they didnot send any technician.After one month we complainted again after one month they send technician But we cannontrectify that problem he told that i donnot have any spare parts he said he will come with spare parts.We complainted again and again he didnot attend my house. he didnot my house from six months.take action immediatly. IFB MICROWAVES OVEN — microwaves oven

Horrible Service
I bought a IFB Microwave oven in MARCH 2010 and unfortuantely it got repaired in JUNE. I raised a complaint and the company sent the executive. The executive on inspection informed that soem ip plate is out of order and will require 3 weeks since the spare part was out of stock. Since then neither i am able to trace the executive nor any response from call centre is futile. Finally i was shocked last week that my complaint has been closed completely adn i raised a frewsh complaint

Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers
