1. I purchased the said product on 13 Oct 09 product Sl no.03344. When I tried to operate the same it did not responded . I logded a complaint with the dealer and service centre, Siliguri Ph.[protected]. After 3-4 days a Rep of service centre Mr. Bijoy came to my house and checked the product. He stated that the product is unserviceable and it needs replacement. Then he contacted Mr. Rajdeep (mob [protected], head of IFB official Siliguri area and informed him about the unserviceability of the product. Mr. Rajdeep assured me that the product will be replaced by the end of Oct 09. When it did not happened, I contacted Mr. Rajdeep again he told me that it will be replaced within the first week of Nov 09. After so many calls he responded once and told that the product is not awailable and he will try to get it from Malda and dinajpur area as he is going on 11 Nov 09. I also informed Mr. Jaideep Chakraborty Manager IFB Kolkata (mob [protected]) and he told me that he will call me after getting details, but never called back nor attended my call thereafter. Today on 12 Nov I called Mr. Rajdeep several times but he did not attended the call. I also informed Radio Syndicate (Dealer) ph.[protected].
