I really do not know what kind of component are these IFB service renders using. I had complaint registered in the month of june and it was attended in September. The oven worked for one month and now again it stopped heating.
This issue is coming in routine and these service people are not providing the latest components/or the components are the once already used ones i suppose.
i am tired of raising complaints in the IFB customer care, who make me wait for almost 15 to 20 mins to register the complaint. This time i have not raised complaint in the customer care as it is useless. The service people do not know how to tackle the issue and speak rudely. They say that they will get the component in another 2 days and do not turn up for months together. When we call to know the status, they tell plz do not call us and register fresh complaint, while the already raised complaint in unattended.
Please, provide me a one time solution and get my oven repaired/or please takeaway the oven an give back my AMC amount of Rs. 1400 paid for 2 years upto Jan 2015.
