I have ifb a 20pg3s microwave,i have been calling the service centre from 23rd novembr2012,n the company doesn't seem to take any responsibility after selling their products,evrytime I call there n they say they will send someone today,it was a big mistake to purchase this microwave from ifb,its the worst service ever,n the shameless people don't even feel sorry in making fool of people,i will suggest evryone not to go for this particular company's products,there after sales is pathetic,they even sell d spares at a cost more than d orignal cost of their products,don't know what to do now,thinking of sellin the micro in scrap now,coz this pathetic company is so reckless n unaware of customer relationships, Was this information helpful? |
