I have raised a ticket 2689215 on 4-Feb-2009. IFB Customer Service is responding properly.
I purchased IFB Washing machine Model SANORITA-DX on June-2008. The machine had lots of problems. As soon as I come across any problem using the machine, I use to call IFB Customer Care [protected]. Service Engineer comes, helps and our machine starts working again. They have replaced the motor and PCB board twice within 6 months of time of purchase. I was happy with service despite the machine becomes faulty once every month and they use to take more than 4-5 days to repair the machine. This time it has passed 2 weeks and still the machine is not working. Service Center says they will be coming today and till today the day have not arrived. Moreover the service center gives false commitment that I shall get a new working machine or it will get repaired tomorrow. Their tomorrow never comes.
Customer care being nice and cozy provides us numbers of service center and various persons from where I can get an immediate help. Most of the numbers are either not valid or not received. It looks like Customer care is not in sync with the local service center.
Looking the past history it looks either the Machine or the Model SANORITA-DX is faulty. If the Machine is faulty please repair or replace it with new one. If the Model itself is faulty I want to request IFB to stop its production and replaced with a new model working model since it appears a manufacturing defect. As we are facing lots of difficulty, I need to restore the machine at the earliest.
After sales service is not satisfactory at all. I want a better service in future.
Request you to treat this complain at most urgent and help us.

IFB-SANORITA-DX — FAILURE OF SANORITA-DX IFB WASHING MACHINE
We have purchased IFB Make Washing machine Model SANOTIRA-DX on 10.01.2009 through R.K.Electronics/Chandanagar/Hyderabad. The machine has become faulty and complaint was lodged on 30.01.2009. the Ticket No.2671358 After repeated reminders Service Engineer Mr.Malleshwar Rao visited on 08.01.09 and after testing found some component to be replaced. On 09.01.09 he came and replaced the component but still the machine is not functioning, now he says Motor is faulty will be attended after consulting his superiors. In this regard we here by inform you that either the motor is to be replaced or the Machine is replaced with a new one since it appears is is a manufacturing defect. As we are facing a lot of difficulty the machine to be restored at the earliest. After sales services are not satisfactory we hope for a better services in future. This helps in your future products sales.TREAT THIS COMPLAINT VERY SERIOUS AND ARRANGE FOR EARLY DISPOSAL OF THE SAME.
