I had registered a complaint on 18.08.08. I had covered AMC upto 7.10.08. Even two months before I had given cheque for my Renewal from 7.10.08 to 6.10.09.
My complaint properly attened by tech and informed me that your Silicon Motor damaged to be replaced with one week.

I had checked with local branch incharge Mr.Rakesh his mobile no: [protected] reason for delay that we have not received the silicon motor from our Head office & In addtion 5 to 6 customer are also waiting for the same problem.
I request the top management to keep me informed the actul reason for delay.
I am chance up my mind to sell off the IFB Machince & shift to LG product.
