I have been a veteran customer of IFB and right now my washing machine is under warranty period. Therefore, I understand the 24 hour time frame you provide to your customers for an IFB executive to respond. However, you do send in the sms, with the complaint number stating below:
Your ticket number is 3053654. IFB care will get in touch with you shortly. Please quote the ticket number for status update to call centre.
Let me tell you that IFB care is missing on their politeness and customer friendly approach. Complaint number is usually given to identify the time within 24 hours during when the representative would attend to the solution...the way it happens for other electronic services. Additionally, in an emergency situation like mine...what would a customer do..
My machine stops working suddenly when I am washing my clothes to leave for a leisure trip abroad. I call IFB care, to register complaint...since it is an emergency situation that I am leaving the next day and even if an attendant can come by evening or early next morning to repair the machine would help save my situation as I would not have to buy new clothes.
Additionally, this machine has been a break through my neck as I have been facing situations when the machine started making weird noises and repeatedly, I had to get it repaired within three months of manufacturing, its belt broke. Furthermore, Head engineer said that he cannot replace the machine until the motor is damaged and here we go again as I face the same problem with my machine when it stopped spinning yesterday. IFB SENATOR 6Kg Washing machine — NOT WORKING
WHILE WASHING SUDDENLY THE MACHINE STOPPED RUNNING ,WE MADE THE CALL TO MECHANIC ,THEY CHANGED THE MOTOR EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT WORKING,IT HAS BEEN A WEEK TILL NOW THE MECHANIC HAS NOT TAKEN ANY STEP AND AVOIDING OUR PHONE CALLS
