I have lodged an complaint with IFB customer care 5 months ago as the Water is leaking from the soap powder tray of my washing machine. Two days after a service person attended and suggested me to go for an AMC to resolve the issue. I have bought an AMC with IFB customer care immediately and from then on I was lieterally frusturated on calling this service persons, eventhough, i lodged a complaint they come after 1 or two week later (meanwhile, i would have called atleast 25 times). In each visit they try to post pond as if they dont have the parts and it needs to be procured as the mode is very old.
Till now my problem was not solved, but they have charged me more than what is required for the actual repair. Actually they force customers to by AMC and thereon, they leave them unattending. Something needs to be done against this. Was this information helpful? |
