Dear Sir/Madam I bought IFB washing machine 8 months back but today it is standing like dummy because its drain pump is not working and led is malfunctioning service engineer came to check but he refused to give any proof of attending complaint He said it may take week or two to complete this complaint as part is not available at this time and no time is confirmed of again attending the same.
