Dear sir/madam, i purchased a washing machine model of 7k.g. digital.From the date of installation on 26th jan, 05 the machine doorlight not working.I find it very difficult to get their technician from the banglore service centre.Everytime I have to call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician one times during the last 10 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable. My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls. i am live in nadiad in gujarat so my nearest city is ahemedabad.The ahemedabad branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls. Very poor customer service.I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos to proceed further. Based on the current problem I am facing, my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier my NATIONAL machine model Executive which has served 20 years. NOTE:-PLEASE TAKE DECISION WHAT YOU WANT TO DO OTHERWISE I WILL GIVE YOUR COMPANY NAME IN ANY NEWS PAPER.BECUSE I AM VERY TIRED TO THIS PROBLEM. Was this information helpful? | |

i purchased IFB washing machine, Model-Executive Plus in nov'2007
since then I am facing a lot of problem.
The machine which vibarated at a very high speed and had problem while
spinning was
finally replaced after 10 months on making numerous requests to do the favour.
replacement too was a long procedure.my machine was dismantled 10 day
before i was
provided with the new one.sorry to say that but it was not the end of
my miseries.
sir/madam, i was shocked to know that the replaced machine was used one
and also had some problems.
i was proud to be one of the customer of such an esteemed organisation
and had high expectations regarding the product and the services, but
all in vain.
presently both the machines are at my place and of no use.the incident
has hurt us a lot.

i gave myIFB MACHINE mantainace at 26/04/2009.to dandeep services at thane.machine was giving noice, , they change drum, rubber tube, bearing, band disital board etc. cost came almost 9000 k including mantinace charges.+500 trancport.within 15 days, machine again start giving noice.man came from service center, , and says, again drum have to change.and thay again ask trasportaion charge.my inquiry is that, how many time, i have to pay transpotation charges.if thay hit & trial on my machine, why should i pay for that.i need immigiatly response...thanx

I purchased a washing machine model Elite.From the date of installation on 28th June, 08 the machine is leaking.I find it very difficult to get their technician from the chennai service centre.Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 16 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.
My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.
The chennai branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls.
There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.
Very very poor customer service.I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.
Based on the current problem I am facing,
my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier IFB machine model Executive which has served 12 years.
