IFB / Washing Machine — IFB washing Machine not working

I have logged the complaint number 4834408 to IFB call centre for the washing machine, it is under two year warrenty. the machine is not working from last 25 days ...there technition came in first week but broked the wheel from body, did a short circuit in house and went without communicating...from last 10 days despite following the Call centre and bangalore office no one no one is listening and when ever i am calling them they are saying our technitial will come but no one is coming.Really a poor service, please help

IFB has one of the worst services. No use even if you call up their regional office also, they will not help. I am also facing similar issue; just because i was not ready to take up AMC the service engineer left the premises without repairing.
