[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — complaints of AMC are not attended | |||
We have AMC of IFB Washing machine ever since we purchased this machine. The franchisee who looks after the Service support does not attend the complaints despite several reminders. Please help out. Was this information helpful? | |||

My IFB Washing Machine Model SENORITA DX has developed some mechanical problem and as per my complaint the call centre gave the Complaint No. 5219983 dt.[protected]. The service engineer inspected the machine and told some part has been broken and needs replacement. The Machine is under AMC till June 2012. Even after repeated reminders no action has been taken by the service department. What is the remedy? Please advice.
