[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Not attending for service

I am from Kottayam(Kerala). I brought IFB machine 11 months back and started experiencing problemsafter 8 months. The Service centre is most worst part. it has the problem of Wiring and cabling. We approached the Dealer and they shutdown there office not working now a days.We seeking your help in this matter.
I had purchased above washing machine from M/s BISMI, KALOOR Ernakulam against their inv no.S/3033 dt.29.05.2009.
The machine was used only one time.
2) During the 1st week of September 2009, we started facing a spate of problems which were reported to your service dept at Perumbavoor.
Your service personnel visited during the second week Sept 2009 and diagnosed, the printed circuit defective and was taken away by the service personnel. After 3 days another person visited with some printed circuit and was traced to defective Monitor.
Then another rep. arrived with a number of a item (printed circuits) and during trials short circuit occurred and the machine was blackened.
Thereafter yet another service rep. arrived with a set of printed circuits and after a number attempts the machine started functioning on 24.09.2009.
3) However, I am totally dissatisfied with the way the repairs were carried out and the external damages/ disfiguring noticed during the rectification process.
In view of the above, I want to claim a brand new machine as a warranty replacement, I am not at all inclined to retain this damaged machine with anymore.
4) It was only on account of another IFB washing machine purchased by me at Mumbai in 1995 that I decided to go in for another identical unit in Kerala. But unfortunately the quality of product appears to have gone down much below the acceptable limits which has forced me to claim a brand new warranty replacement unit from you.
5) I am confident that a company of repute like IFB will not hesitate in accepting the deficiencies in the product and arrange a warranty replacement to regain the customer confidence.
