[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — service problem

IN SPITE OF LODGING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE PROPERLY. THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT YET EXPIRED. ILL RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TODAY. DID NOT SEND A SERVICE PERSONNEL ALTHOUGH COMMITED TO DO SO AND COMPELLING ME TO send the machine to their branch office to repair it although they have come two to three times but not yet solved my problem and the banch manager and service manager do not talk proplerly list of comlpains 1- MADE COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE NO ABOUT THE WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM IN IFB SENATOR WAHSING MACHING. DUE TO WATER LEAKAGE, M/SC IS NOT GETTING S/W ON. ITS UNDER AMC. 2The raipur centre of IFB does not respect its service contract . My machine is under AMC. Its more than 10 days and I have made several calls to them and also sent them emails but no one has the courtesy or decency to either reply or attend. On 4 occasions during these last 10 days, they have... because we live in dhamtari we cant send the, machine to raipur branch for repair due to transport problem so we request them to send ther service person to repair bur they are arguing to send machine to raipur depo but they are saying we will not garuntee for breakage during transport so plz tkae some action as soon as the machine is under garantee plz take some action other wise i will have to for consumer forum to solve my problem machine is repaire near about 10 times so plz Was this information helpful? i have lodge the complaint on 28/1/2009 in service centre, & attended on 12/1/2009 Mr. Amit who is in delhi okhla has send executive but machine does not repair

dear sir my self tarun soni from panipat .please kind i have purchage ifb washing machine from naagpaul agency panipat last two year ago.but we are not satisfied with the service cantre at panipat. The service canter man is not giving good service from last two year. They forced us to purchage of our matiral from me just like washing powder and machine stand from me then you will get good response from this machine .when we refused this product from that day we are suffering from heavy trouble from last two year.I am request to you please take the action against service man. with thanks TARUN SONI 568 MODEL TOWN PANIPAT CONTACT NO IS [protected]

dear sir,
I had place an order for getting stand and cover of ifb elena (5kg) model on 5 April 2009 but till to date i did not get that. so many times i have asked for it to the service provider named Vikas and he just saying that the order will fulfill by him as early as possible. so i placed complaint to ifb cust.care
my complaint no. is 310859 but it is also useless. there is need to provide proper services to customer.

ifb washing machine's water outlet hose pipe cover in the front of the machine is broke by your service executive, now the water is leaking from that outlet i tried calling the call centre from 3 days they are not responding to the compliant made the customer id no.2780677 its still in warranty but they are telling to pay for the part that is damaged by your side, there is sticker mentioning 4 years 100% warranty please do the needful soon as possible
