HELLO, WE HAVE PURCHASED IFB -6KG TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE IN 1-jAN-2009,
SO FAR NO PERSON HAS COME FOR DEMO.
OK WE STARTED MACHINE THERE WAS PROBLEM AND WE CALLED THE LOCAL IFB SERVICE PERSOM BY NAME SATISH(WE ARE LOCATED IN KAKINADA- EAST GODAVARI).
THE CLOTHES WERE IN THE FOR 2 DAYS AND IN REPEATED NO TIMES THAT ROGUE NEVER TURNED UP.
WE REMOVEB THE CLOTHES FROM TUB BUT WATER REMAINED IN TUB ITSELF.
WE HAVE THEN GONE THROUGH INTERNET AND FOUND OUT THE IFB CALKL CENTER AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT(COMPLIANT NO:2756249) BUT NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT ALSO.
2 MONTHS PASSED AGAIN WE COULD GET A TEL NO OF A manaGER NY NAME LEO AND HE CONNECTED A CONFERENCE CALL TO HIS LACAL SALES PERSON SURESH AND ASJED HIM TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE, BUT THAT FELLOW NVER CALLED NOR TURNED UP.
THIS IS THE AGONY AND HARASSMENT WE ARE FACING BY TAKING THE IFB WASHING MACHINE.
THERE IS NO SERVICE, VERY VERY HOPE LESS RESPONSE FROM THE CONCERNED IFB LACAL SERVICE CENTERS.
I REALLY ADVICE AND RECOMMAND PEOPLE NOT TO PURCHASE IFB COMPANY PRODUCT EVEN THOGH THE COMPANY MAY BE GOOD, WHY SHOULD PPL OPT FOR IT WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE????

My personal advice is that Leo used to talk in conference call so many times and he'll do a good help initially but after that he'll surely start to misbehave with u. This is our experience. He may call u at anytime(Even at 12 or 1 in midnight). H used to tell like he studies with famous stars in his school and college.
He is surely a rogue. Keep distance from him
