My front loading machine is not working .smoke is emmiting from the back side.call me on [protected]

Lodged a complain No.3517993 on 21st to fix a new seal to the Filter slide inside the Water Letout channel, was informed, complain will be attended within 24hrs, now more than 36hrs. past no sign of any IFB Mechanic.
