I have been facing a lot of problems in my IFB front loading washing machine since the past 1 year.
=> No.1). 8 odd months back I called up the service center for this darn company, as the machine was making an UNUSUAL NOISE...that is the way you know that a problem is soon going to occur...
They sent somebody from their one and only service center in GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT)...The person supposedly "checked" and said there is no Problem.
A few days later, after that service person said there is no problem, the Machine BROKE DOWN. I called up again and again the IFB people sent the same person...Now he said the TUB HAS BROKEN- INR 4000/- to be spent!!!FINE...I said so be it...So I got the tub replaced...But Its ONLY SIX MONTHS AFTER THAT...the machine BROKE DOWN yet again!!!
=>No. 2.) Here starts a new story...now its about a month .For 10 continuous days we call up the service person...and NOBODY Turns up...On the 11th day the person comes...tinkers with nothing and goes...Again I call up EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK or so and finally when the person today came...he being a service person...could not "get" as to what the problem is...
The Machine Motor spins perfectly ...but he says there is a problem with the motor...then on second thoughts he says..."It could be the heater, We will replace the Motor and the Heater-
COST INR 4000+"...To Hell with this Gimmick...These IFB People just want to sell their spare parts...Extremely low standards of after sales service...
Today I talked to the Area Sales Manager Mr. Rajesh Das...He wants us to be PATIENT as he will talk to the dealer...and get back...Is this some kind of a COLLUSION Between the dealers and the company IFB to fool their customers.!!! Was this information helpful? |
