I am using a 6Kg Digital Washing Machine and have paid 4 years Extended Warranty Charge to IFB. My Washing Machine is is still under Warranty. the Belt of the Washing Machine Broke due to streching and hest .I called to register a complaint at the IFB Customer Care # [protected] on Sunday on 08/23/09 However No Complaint # was provided by the Customer Care Executive who promised to send the Complaint # via SMS at my Mobile #. I again called to register a Complaint for the Washing Mashine on Monday 08/24/09, this time the Customer Care Executive at the Call Center said that there is no Complaint Registerd and he will register the Complaint right away and promised to send the Complaint # via SMS However the Coplaint # was not received and the technician also did not turned up till wednesday Afternoon. I Called the third time at the Customer Care # to inquire about the Status of the unattended Complaint and the Executive gave me the Complaint # 3410500 and also gave me 3 phone numbers of Mr Gurdeep - Contact person at Delhi Service Center However there was no response on any of the Phone numbers provided by the Executive. Executive also gave me the assurance that the issue will be resoled latest by Thursday. I again Called the Call Center on Thursday 08/27/09 and the same story was repeated and this time the Customer Care Executive gave me Phone # of some Mr Anurag and promised that the Complaint will be attended on High Priority. Stii the Complaint is not attended and there had been no response from ayone and today 08/28/09 is the 5th Day . I must say that the Customer Servce at IFB is very neglegent and Careless Was this information helpful? |
On 25-11-09 this mechine failed to work and i am inform supplier Rajan & co and your franchisee Pluto Nagercoil in vain. immediately but no response what i do??
