We had lodged a complaint to IFZB toll free on 14/10/2009 and after a rigorous follow - up the service technician attended on 26/10/2009 and informed and one of the component has failed to be replaced. Since the machine was under warranty, it was informed that the component will be replaced immediately the very next day but till date nobody has turned up for services. I would request to all not to go fro purchase of IFB in future. Was this information helpful? |
