I have washing machine under AMC & Its complaint( Complaint No.3709642) was registered with IFB Helpline at 8.30am of 5th Nov’09. Nobody has bothered to attend the complaint even after lapse of 204 hours( 8 & half days). I have spoken 6 times to IFB helpline but everytime got fake assurances that technician will come within 2 hours. I also got local Service centre No.22437182 from helpline, where nobody attends calls at all.
Most surprisingly, I spoke to IFB helpline & got the Cell No of their supervisor( K.P.Agarwal-[protected]). He categorically told that we never attend any complaint within 24 hours & their helpline team doesn’t know anything. He told that their organisation’s Turnaround time is 3 days & not 24 hours. He spoke in a very rough & arrogant manner to me. He clearly told that nobody will listen to any customer except him & he is free to work as per his whims & fancies. He also denied to provide any superiors contact Nos. I am fed up with the attitude & behaviour of IFB people, where no body cares for customers.
I again spoke to K.P.Agarwal on 11th instant but again bogus assurances were given that they will repair on 12th. It is the worst experience, i ever had with any organisation providing AMC. IFB is least bothered about their customers under AMC & just earning thru getting bogus AMC's for not providing service. I request for severest action must be taken against IFB for cheating Indian Public.
Pl note that you have done AMC with me & charged AMC charges. I have every right to ask for repair & incase I don’t get any response, I will be forced to take up case in Consumer Forum. Was this information helpful? |
